I recently had an interior ceiling paint job done, and I’m really happy with the results. The goal was to brighten the living, kitchen, and dining areas by painting the ceilings white. The ceiling now is brighter and reflects light. Barbara did not use a sprayer but rather rolled and hand painted the entire ceiling. It is a professional interiorpaint job with 2 coats of quality paint, clean edges, and minimal bled through. I am now looking at having her stain my kitchen cabinets a lighter shade of natural wood tone. She is prompt, clearly communicates, follows through on what she says, and most importantly delivers results.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find it’s best to meet the client and see the job to be done in person. I like to get to know the client and their expectations, making them feel comfortable and exceeding their expectations are my main goals!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Art degree and many, many, many years of all types of painting from canvas to walls.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always interested in interior design, and started at a young age with art and painting. This grew into interior painting, wallpapering, and making custom draperies and pillows. I love the art of faux finishing and the transformation this and even just regular painting can bring to a home. For me painting is therapeutic!
