Overall great experience with Jacob. He showed up to my house 10 minutes early and gave me a free quote to replace my water heater. After agreeing on a price, he started the job that SAME DAY. We told him we couldn’t go another day without hot water so he stayed until 9:00 pm to get the job done! He finished the job with no problems and brought everything up to code. He was also willing to negotiate the price with me and seemed to be pretty straight forward. Nice young man who really seemed to know what he was doing. I’ll definitely use his services again!
