John is a very talented architect and colleague whom I have known for three years. Together we have collaborated on a weekly basis regarding a wide variety of project types as well as the business of architecture in general. John gave me good advise about submitting my plans to city and encouraged me to take up the project myself. He gave me good advice on how to proceed with drafting my plans and offered to revise them for free if needed over the phone. He didn’t charge me anything for the phone consult and was very upfront and helpful. I would hire him in a heartbeat.
