Update: While my original review still stands, Carlos did eventually reach out to me to explain why he was unavailable for the second job he quoted me on. His painting work on the first job has held up so far, and I appreciate that. ================================================== Pros: Carlos is a nice guy in person. He did a decent enough job on the very small outside paint job I hired him for. His prices were mid-range and reasonable. Cons: Significant time management, communication, and professionalism issues. My project timeline was not urgent so he was the one choosing the dates and times, but he was late to his own chosen dates and times every time. I had to reach out to him after he did not show up or call to let me know beforehand. He also told me he would complete another part of the project (replacing a small section of fascia), but kept putting it off and then completely ghosted me. I did give him ample time and opportunity to let me know, and if he would have at least told me "I don't have time / don't want to do it" that would have been fine and I could just find someone else. This is not acceptable conduct from a professional company. I think Carlos has potential, and maybe he usually conducts himself more professionally. I wish him the best of luck but I personally will not be hiring him or his company for future projects, nor can I honestly recommend his services to others.
