- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our dispatch fee/diagnostic is $79 and beyond that all of our repair prices are set pricing. The technician will quote you the repair cost before he does the repair and regardless of how long it takes him your price will never be different than what was quoted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like a customers process with us to be pleasant from the initial phone call to the technician leaving the home. If we can give you some tips to solve your problem over the phone we certainly will. Once we are in your home we will never push something on you that you don't need. Our goal is to obtain love long relationships with our customers, not a one time service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are NATE certified, it is the highest certification an HVAC tech can achieve. We are constantly attending new training classes to stay up to date on this ever changing industry.
