- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices begin at: $600 to $1000 an up depending on desired effects. We charge $100 an hour beyond the contracted time. Discounts are offered for our military & law enforcement. Bringing my best every event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process would be to speak with client over the phone to determine their needs, then meet in person to see if we are a good fit for each other. Once hired, write up a "doc-u-sign" contract online or opt to meet in person to read and sign contract in person if so desired. Work with client on the music needed for the event, this would consist of at least two contacts to confirm or make any changes necessary before the big day. Normally a call or online zoom room or a like style meeting to ensure the info is correct.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the industry for the last 6 years in karaoke alone with working 5 nights a week. Live sound is an art not learned by a text book alone.
