Introduction: I am a highly qualified health fitness specialist and personal trainer, passionate about helping busy moms, overweight/over-stressed workers, athletes, emergency responders, retirees, and post-rehab exercise seekers or anyone who wants to become stronger, achieve fat loss, and reshape their physique. My personal training service is for those who desire to improve their fitness level, stamina, strength, energy, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, posture, and confidence. My conditioning programs (if followed with consistency) will give you tools to enhance your ability to manage what life throws your direction, while at the same time offer the associated benefits of fat reduction. I have specialized training in TRX suspension training, kettlebells, strength training for the older adult, conditioning for injury prevention and rehabilitation, and aerobic kickboxing. One-on-one training will be tailored to the client's specific fitness goals. I also offer semi-private sessions and teach small group exercise classes.

Kristen Koller has been my personal trainer over the past year. She assisted in helping me establish a habit of daily exercise, and exposed me to TRX and kettlebell workouts. Kristen invited me to participate in (and trained me specifically for) the Woman of Steel marathon. She improved every facet of my health with her knowledge of proper exercise techniques and overall nutrition - which consequently cured my insomnia.
