Kam did a wonderful job in repairing two sliding doors in my home leading to an outdoor deck. The doors were not working properly due to age and he was able to get the correct parts, install and align the doors so they both work perfectly. I can now close the sliding doors with one finger. Kam worked diligently and was an easy going young man who communicated well and had a very pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not offer hourly for small projects
We value your time and ours. Even if a job seems small or quick, it still takes planning, travel, setup, and cleanup. We also have to factor in time lost from other projects. To keep our business running smoothly, we have a set minimum price no matter how small job is .
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don’t just hire the cheapest guy. Look at their past work, check references, make sure they’re licensed and insured, and see if they put things in writing. A good contractor should give you a clear scope of work, timeline, and cost before starting. And most importantly—hire someone who actually shows up when they say they will. Reliability is worth more than saving a few bucks
