- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on furniture size and work required based on experience of what's required to get the job done right. If any repairs are required they'll be run by you before completing for an additional fee. As for discounts, typically we are happy to offer them for repeat business and/or referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we ask for a picture of the piece and a detailed description of how you'd like the piece refinished and any upgrades or changes you'd like made. We then have you pick out the paint,stain color, and hardware you'd like online, and send us a link to your choice, and we take care of the rest. Additionally, we sell refinished pieces designed by ourselves so you're always welcome to look at our inventory as well. We have several customers that actually came to us as custom clients after purchasing something from our refinished inventory.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up remodeling my parents 300 year old house and learned how to do basically everything that way, and just applied everything I learned here.
