- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge by the hour but by the project. Typically $125 is the initial trip fee and anything that takes less than 2 hrs will usually fit inside that $125. From there each price is custom based on the scope of work. Everything is communicated beforehand so there are no surprise fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact I set up a time to meet at the client’s convenience. After meeting with them and discussing what they want for their project I provide a clear and simple quote and we go from there! If the client decides to work with me I immediately want to set up the best time to complete their project and make sure all the necessary preparations are complete before I arrive onsite. With regular updates and photos I make sure my client sees what is going on during the entire process until it is finished.

Over 10 years of construction experience including remodeling, HVAC, Solar, Metal Roofing and Drywall.
