FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It very much depends on factors such as size, style, and materials chosen. Think of it like a bag of groceries – how much does a bag of groceries cost? Anything could be in that bag. Many factors go into pricing a new home build or remodel, and accurate estimates require a detailed set of architectural plans. Typically, new homes we build range from $400,000 to $1,000,000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

This approach allows us to collaborate with your architect from the start, addressing potential issues before they arise and providing insights on how decisions may affect your budget. This proactive strategy helps avoid those uncomfortable mid-project surprises. Already working with a designer or architect? Fantastic! We’re happy to team up with them to bring your vision to life.
