Carlos was very professional. Messaged him for a dishwasher repair, he came the next day right at the time he said he would. We talked prices before he started the work. Once I accepted he diagnosed the problem he gave me two options. A budget friendly fix or buy the part new. I chose to buy the part new but had to order it online. Carlos showed me where to order it from but also said I could look around online for the best price. He said he would come back to fix it once the part arrived. I messaged him when the part arrived and set up another appointment. Again he showed up exactly when he said he would. Carlos then finished fixing the dishwasher. Would highly recommend.

Carlos was great. I have an old Victorian that always needs minor repairs and upkeep.... I have always done all of my own maintenance but now at 73 and having arthritis in my hands my repairs are too hard for me. I needed an old deadbolt replaced and an existing one re aligned to catch the strike plate. Carlos was on time, courteous, and precise. He did a great job on both doors and installed both the deadbolt and a new slide bolt exactly to my request. Carlos speaks limited English and my Spanish sucks. So we used an iPhone translator app and communicated just fine! Carlos has tons of skills and I look forward to handing my ongoing maintenance needs to him in the future. Oh and did I say his fees are completely reasonable unlike so many " Handy Men"!
