- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 minimum service charge and $60 per hour unless a lump sum fee for a project is negotiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think it is always important to be on time, with a specific start time, not a range of time. For all customers, not just new ones. I like to confirm the appointment the day before just to ensure everyone is on the same page. From there I like to review the scope of work on site, review the estimate and payment terms, and execute the work accordingly. Communication is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. Lifelong experience in construction and handyman related services.
