Helio was wonderful! He hung a large mirror and a number of prints/frames for me. He was professional, friendly, patient, and everything you could hope for in a handyman! Pricing was great and he was very efficient. Thank you, Helio! I will definitely use him again in the future.

Helio did wonderful work! Very professional, prompt, and experienced. We are so grateful for how quickly he was able to come help us (in between other projects) and how quickly he got the job done. He tackled a hard dry wall project for us that we struggled with on our own. We are so pleased and will definitely hire again in the future!

Helio replaced some facia on our two story house and his work was excellent. He provided services above the job requirements but only charged the price of the original estimate. He was very prompt to respond to my job request and was punctual for all appointments. He was good to advise on the best way to handle issues. Very honest and fair man to work with and I will definitely be calling him for the additional handyman jobs on my list. Terrific handyman!

Helio is wonderful! He was extremely responsive and friendly. He showed up right on time, and did the small job I asked him to do (hanging a curtain rod). As we chatted while he worked, he mentioned other types of jobs he did. He gave us some solid advice on our sprinkler system and some low water pressure issues we were experiencing in one of our bathrooms. He knows a lot about a lot and is honest about the work he can do. His prices are reasonable and the quality of work is impressive. He was also so sweet to my dog. Just an all around nice guy. Glad we hired him. We’ll definitely have him over again to do other work around the house.

Helio is AMAZING! I hired him to do some electrical work in my family room and he did such an amazing job that I asked him to do some additional electrical work (moving my dryer outlet and wiring some fans). I then found out he did plumbing so I asked him to plumb my master bath for double sinks as it only had one. He just kept doing such epic work and since I was in the middle of a remodel, I'd say, "hey, Helio, can you do this?" And he'd reply, "Yes, of course!" I loved his quality of work and price so I just kept having him do more and more. He ended up doing all my electrical and plumbing and painting my entire house. I gave him a code to my house and he would come and go. He was so respectful of my home, either removing his shoes or wearing booties. He was kind and courteous to my children and husband. He even coordinated with other service providers as they came to the home while I was at the office. Today, as he finished up his month-long projects at my house, I hugged him and told him "this isn't goodbye!" CUZ he's my handyman til the end of time. GOOD DUDE! I'm a huge Helio fan!
I attached a pic that shows the fan he installed, the appliances he installed, and the beautiful ceiling, lights, and walls he painted. He rules. Oh and he even hung my big screen TV. He can do anything. I love him and feel like he's family. This review probably sounds too good to be true, but this is just how good Helio is!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free on site reviews of your project. We quote according to project. An experienced technician will evaluate your project free of charge and provide pricing options. We offer a 10% discount for veterans, seniors, and non profit organizations. Mention your discount any time before being billed and we will honor it. Returning customers obtain special pricing and loyalty discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We think every customer and project is unique however, when you work with us you can expect quality service every step of our procedure. Upon requesting our quote we will message you with an etimate and if you choose to continue we set up a free onsite review of your project. We like to meet our clients in person and discuss the scope of work and urgency of the project. We present a proposal for your approval, execute the project, review the project with you,and finalize details. You will be billed upon completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an equivalent to an AS in electrical engineering, have received several trainings in related topics and around 20 years of experience in maintenance, including office buildings in Salt Lake downtown, apartment complexes, offices, warehouse in Salt Lake Area and A+ properties in Park City.
