Taylor got here. It was so terrible outside. The wind was like 60 mph and I was gonna help him carry the cabinet up then my neighbor came home and helped him and it took a whole 20 minutes and it was done so I highly recommend them this company for Moving furniture around or helping you move furniture up flights of steps!

We contacted this company and arranged for a price for services. A down payment was paid and he failed to show, respond or refund the money. It has been days with no response or refund. Unfortunately at this point we feel like we must report this person to the authorities for theft of services as we have done everything we can to resolve and have received no responses. Please don’t hire this person, he is a thief.
If he responds we will update this review to reflect the response accordingly.

Last Wed he said he was available that weekend. The next day he said he was working late but would message me when he got home. He didn’t. Friday he said he was booked for the weekend and would the following Monday be okay. I said yes. Monday afternoon he said he was finishing a job and would be in touch. I didn’t hear from him. Tuesday he said he was “finishing a fence” and would contact me when he was on his way. I didn’t hear from him so I DMd him about 5 pm and asked if he was coming. He said if he came it would be late. I said late was fine and asked if I could expect him by 8. After 9 he said he had a “water emergency” and asked if he could come We’d p.m. I said that’d be fine. That night about 9 pm he said he had a “personal emergency” and would Thurs be okay. I told him forget it. Seriously, this guy cost me so much time waiting for him to show up and waiting for him to message me about showing up it was absolutely ridiculous. Ain’t nobody got time for that 😡

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For jobs that will exceed a total amount of $500 we require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the job. This protects the company in the event of a cancellation and compensates the company for the potential lost wages due to not being available to other customers.
The larger the scope of work is for a project, the more likelihood there is for us to be able to offer discounts. This is because suppliers offer to us better pricing the larger our orders are, in turn allowing us to do the same for the customers.
The quote given to a customer is the final price we charge, no surprise fees. Unless asked by our customer to modify work orders or factors such as a significant drop in material cost from our originally quoted price. In which case we offer the customer reimbursement in the form of payment, or they have the option to have additional work done that totals the difference in costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new customers consists of: First a walk-through of the job location to view the scope of work. If necessary, discuss any concerns or issues between the customer's wishes and the ability for us to perform the tasks safely and or properly. If this is an estimate job, at this point we calculate costs and provide an estimate to the customer. After the security deposit has been confirmed, we once more go over final details with the customer to ensure nothing was missed or needs to be added. This can be done remotely or on-site. Lastly, if material or equipment needs to be delivered, we coordinate this timetable along with our completion date with the homeowner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified front wheel loader operator through OSHA and have completed training in the operation of skid steers, forklifts. tele-handlers, bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, and dump trucks. Along with heavy equipment I have been part of the of the carpenter's union, worked as a finish carpenter under a Master Carpenter for a year, and briefly was an apprentice plumber here in Utah with my brother and co-owner of the company. Trained under Master Plumber Kent Whipple. My brother Taylor has under his belt almost a decade of experience doing structural and architectural concrete.
