We needed Alan to shave down a couple doors that were sticking and not fitting properly, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. Alan provided the most premier level of professionalism I've experienced with house repair services. He was clear and prompt in communicating and met my schedule needs by showing up the next day after posting my service request. He showed up 10 minutes early, was very respectful and friendly during his time repairing the drywall on the textured ceiling and walls around a newly installed range hood. He showed excellent attention to detail and it was clear he truly cared about the quality of his work by requesting my feedback a couple times in progress. He went above and beyond what we originally discussed in expected services yet didn't change the agreed upon price.
