Set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Took day off work. Then he cancelled morning of.

Customer wouldn't provide their address until morning of appointment. When he shared that location was over 30 minutes outside of my service area, I let him know that I couldn't support this project but wished him well in finding a suitable contractor to complete the work.

Taylor did amazing work. He actually cared about the project and took the time to understand the aesthetic and history of the home and his work reflected that. We have a home from the 60s and we cared about restoring and retaining the original character. The match that Taylor made us was imperceptible to the original details of the homes floor boards. Would highly recommend.
