- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When considering a flooring contractor or any contractor for that matter, get multiple bids. What for extra charges that may arise and always double check all of the square footage between the various bids. And one of the most important things to ask about, is the finish that they put on the floor. The finish is the only thing that protects the wood floor and if they are not using a high end finish such as Bona Traffic or Parks Nano Shield, then you are reducing the life of the floor. Using polyurethane, you will need to get your floor refinished more often than necessary.
