Elias and teammate were very good. They delivered what we talked about. Drywall, insulation, paint and tile repair. Eliaswas flexible with us as we had to change their schedule for various reasons. This was a clear differentiator. Elias was one of the few contractors who could also help repair tile that was damaged given the leaks that caused this project to happen. Elias is a good communicator and we had no problems with English and sometime Spanish dialouges.
