- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am offering discounts. I charge by the hour, so for Herbal consultation that would be the full $77 and for aromatherapy services it will be an additional $15. That way the customer can get and receive the best of both experiences at a reasonable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we must find what the clients allergies are so as to stay away and prevent those items to being avoided. Next, I take a brief health history of the client and incorporate this into their resulting consultation service.

I have worked mostly with commerce and retail customers in a remote setting.
