- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I care about offering a fair price for my clients and for myself. I can apply a discount on deep cleanings if the client also signs up for regular cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer has already had a cleaner, I can continue regular cleaning. If the customer hasn't had a deep cleaning before, I suggest starting with one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained while working at a small cleaning company, and now my experience speaks for itself.
