Blake responded very fast to our inquiry and offered a deal that seemed great. We needed a move out clean since we had moved out of state (which I mentioned to him) and were going to rent our house. We had their cleaners come and when they were finished I asked a friend to go and check it out and finish locking up since we weren’t there anymore. My friend asked if they even cleaned. It was horrible. There was little to nothing cleaned up. They sent before and after videos like I requested, but the “after” videos were such bad quality and they seemed to highlight only things they might’ve actually done (like dust a cabinet). Truthfully if I didn’t have someone I trusted go there to look at it, I would’ve believed it was cleaned which infuriates me. I asked the owner about it and he seemed very dismissive, saying the videos looked clean and requested that I go look at it myself. Of course I couldn’t, having already moved. After pushing him more for a refund for not doing anything he requested to take a look himself. I was able to have someone walk him through and he noticed that it was indeed still dirty. He did end up refunding us, but the lack of trust in his customers, the lack of sincerity of the workers and the lack of remorse for not doing the work and the trouble they caused us was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
