Initial Inquiry: Customers can reach out to us via phone, email, or our website to inquire about our cleaning services. During this initial contact, we provide information about our services, pricing, and availability. This includes the type of cleaning service required, the size of the property, and any additional services or special requests. Once the customer is satisfied with the estimate, they can book the service for a specific date and time. Confirmation: A confirmation of the booking is sent to the customer, including the scheduled date and time for the cleaning appointment. Any special instructions or access details are reviewed at this stage. Cleaning Appointment: On the scheduled date, our professional cleaning team arrives at the customer's premises. They bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment and perform the cleaning as agreed upon. Completion and Payment: After the cleaning is completed to the customer's satisfaction, payment is due. Customers can pay using various methods, such as credit cards or online payments. Feedback and Follow-Up: We encourage customers to provide feedback on their experience. If there are any concerns or issues, we address them promptly. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Scheduling Future Cleanings: For customers interested in recurring cleaning services, we work with them to establish a regular cleaning schedule that meets their needs. This process ensures that new customers have a clear understanding of our services, pricing, and what to expect during the cleaning appointment. Our goal is to provide a professional and reliable cleaning service that meets the unique needs of each customer.
