This is an extraordinary and reliable company! They responded very quickly and came with less than 24 hour notice with no complaints or reservations. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate based on number and types of rooms. We always try to include discounts to get to a price point that is comfortable for you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the project to make sure the details and expectations are clear. Once those are set we usually have you book through our website through a personal quote link that we can send you! It is pretty seamless and no personal info has to be share this way! We are happy to talk and book over the phone though! I enjoy talking to our wonderful customers!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with great customers! Many are residential who have recurring cleans or move out cleans. But we also have relationships with vacation home owners and do some commercial work as well!
