Whit from Millcreek Painters contacted us in a timely manner and was easy to work with from the estimate to setting up the job. They sent out Agustin and he did a really great job in all three rooms we needed painted. His work quality was top notch and he completed a big project in only three days. Very satisfied with the experience from beginning to end.

When I hire anyone for any reason there are 4 factors that I consider 1. Price 2. Quality and reliability 3. Problem resolution 4. Professionalism Price: I received fairest price from Millcreek painters. There were a few low balls that I felt would cause problems later in the project and some super expensive ones. Millcreek passed this test Quality and Reliability: Excellent work. Sharp lines. They put 3 coats in places even though that was not part of our agreement. They delivered what they promised Problem resolution: This area is where a company fails or succeeds. How they respond when things inevitably goes wrong. The owner (Whitney) is always available. He always picks up his phone even when he knows that the conversation will not be pleasant. Every issue I raised was addressed without an argument. In almost all cases Whitney showed up personally to address the issue. They showed up even after I paid them in full. Perfect score in this area Professionalism: Real good guys. Great crew. Very respectful. Clean. Everyday they cleaned up the house. They did not create a huge mess. They did right by me. I will hire them again for sure Umur
