When job was finished, an extra 20% ($300) was tacked on for doors? Should have been part of original estimate, but he never viewed condo before giving his estimate. I paid it nevertheless.
Then it was discovered that kitchen was not painted. He would not return to look at it, but claimed it was grease bleeding from beneath the “new” non existence paint. Once again, he ignored pictures and refused to return unless additional money was paid.
Most of the work was just fine. Minor painting errors are normal, but not a missed kitchen! Sorry, but I wouldn’t recommend using this company again.
