- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Olea Builders we value our customers and work with a wide range of budgets offering competitive and fair pricing. We also offer discounts about once a month so be sure to ask us about our current discounts going on. There is a consultation/job scope fee of $175 that is waived if customer decides to hire us. Know that each job is different and unique and it will be between you and the general contractor to agree on pricing, we won't be able to give you a quote over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up initial appointment where we do a walk through of the project and discuss budgets, schedules, materials, and make a plan of project start date. Communication is our #1 priority. If you have a question or comment, please let us know at any time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in Business Management as well as a B100 license and several years in the construction field.
