⚠️ BE CAREFUL WHEN HIRING THIS COMPANY. I have hired Brent in the past and always tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, because I don’t like to assume the worst about people. But this last experience was the moment I realized there is a clear pattern. For this most recent job, Brent provided a quote for $60, which included: • Leaf pickup • Haul off • Edging/trim I made it clear that I did not need mowing — only the services listed above. He agreed to the $60 and came to do the work. However, he only picked up the leaves. He did not haul anything away, and he did not do the edging/trim that was part of the quote. Despite me reaching out politely, he never responded. This kind of behavior feels dishonest and sneaky, because the quote looks straightforward, but then the work is only partially completed without any explanation. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I also don’t want other people to trust someone who doesn’t follow through on what they promise.
