- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will work with you to find the most sensible price per project. I will always do my best to beat out competitor pricing while maintaining integrity to put quality first. I typically work on a project basis, but I have done everything from monthly retainers to hourly projects. It's really what is most comfortable for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand the your pain points and really understand what it is you're trying to solve. We'll spend time in a kickoff meeting until we get it right. I like to provide balloon floating sessions, brainstorming and strategy consulting to make sure we are covering all bases. Marketing, design, editorial, and all creative is an iterative process. We approach our first meeting objectively and academically and continue to narrow dow the perfect scope and iterate, refine, test to get the right outcome for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in political science from the University of Utah, a MST and MA in international marketing communications from ESCEM in France, and a degree from the University of Cambridge in the UK in entrepreneurship and innovation. I have amalgamated an extensive network of professional copywriters, designers, strategists, videographers, and developers. I have worked in marketing for NBCUniversal in Los Angeles, Rakuten Marketing, managed two marketing and ad agencies, and have built various startups - most with an emphasis in marketing, design, media, and technology.
