All prices are competitively based and we do not offer and discounts.

When a new client schedules with us we try to communicate the desired outcome of the session and we discuss our approach!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Cortiva institute and received my massage training then received my licensure through the state of Utah. We are trained through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as Certified Personal Trainers.
