- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is 75$/2 guys per hour - if the job is 2 hours or less it’s a 200$ minimum -
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to personalize your move so I will start by listening to your needs and writing down as many details as possible, together we will paint a picture of how you want the move to look, and then I will make suggestions on how we can expedite the process, cut costs, and protect your items- Ect. We will pick a day and time that fits perfectly with your schedule and decide how many guys you want on the job- since we are faster than our competition (it’s just true) it is usually less guys than you think.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years customer service experience and have brought companies to 5 star services with over 2000 reviews- at the company I worked for previously before starting this business, ecoshield pest control- I retained more customers through stellar service than any other serviceman out of 1000 nationwide- I have worked for the top company in Utah in moving for 5 years- and I’ve seen all the competition around. I have college training and many other experiences that allow me to actually listen to your needs.
