They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Communication was clear and timely. They let me know when they were on their way to the pickup location and arrived a few minutes ahead of our scheduled time. The piano turned out to be much heavier than expected, yet they handled the situation with professionalism and grace. There were no complaints or surprise rate changes; instead, they thoughtfully problem-solved to ensure the piano was moved safely and with great care. Jamal and his crew were extremely skilled and adept to getting this large thousand pound countertop from my garage into our kitchen. He was very careful and very mindful of the product and I appreciate him working with us in such a timely manner. He was able to help us the same day and also traveled with his crew from Salt Lake down to Salem, which we really appreciate.
