I've been an athlete my entire my life and I understand that it's all about the process. I take a similar approach when it comes to personal training. Everyone has a goal but needs help figuring out how to get there. I'm a master of identifying areas of improvement in relation to exercise, nutrition, and wellness, that will get you to your goals efficiently. I started interning in a strength and conditioning department, coaching college athletes. I spent 2013-2018 at Equinox working my way up to a Tier X Coach. I used my advance education and experience working with world class athletes and applying it to one on one training in NYC. I specialize in strength and conditioning, mobility, weight loss, as well as preparation for any event/competition.

Daniel is the best! Our workouts are fun and challenging and I’ve seen major progress in the time I’ve been working with him. The exercises are never repetitive and the program he has designed is customized to my fitness goals. He’s a no-nonsense motivator who pushes you to work harder in each session while keeping safety and proper alignment / form in mind always. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    A single session is $65. A session is one hour. There is a discount for sessions bought in bulk. A $20 deposit is required to book your first session. That amount will be credited towards your purchase of a full session or package. There is a 24 hour-cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will be charged for the session. If I have to cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will not be charged for the session. If you show up 15 or more minutes late to your session, this is a cancellation and you will be charged for your session.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    New customers will fill out a Par-Q, which lets me know if they are able to perform physical activity. They may also need approval from a physician. Our first meeting is a sit down conversation where I learn about the client and their goals, and we map out a training plan.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I’ve worked with professionals of all ages and young athletes, collegiate athletes, and pros. Primarily people with performance goals, and people who wants to change their nutrition and daily habits, in addition to the physical component of a fitness program.
