I am currently located in Salt Lake City offering in-person training. In-person training includes one on one training and small group training. *** There are discounts if sessions are purchased in bulk.**** Virtual sessions and remote coaching are also available. I've been an athlete my entire my life and I understand that it's all about the process. I take a similar approach when it comes to personal training. Everyone has a goal but needs help figuring out how to get there. I'm a master of identifying areas of improvement in relation to exercise, nutrition, and wellness, that will get you to your goals efficiently. I started interning in a strength and conditioning department, coaching college athletes. I spent 2013-2018 at Equinox working my way up to a Tier X Coach. I used my advance education and experience working with world class athletes and applying it to one on one training in NYC. I specialize in strength and conditioning, mobility, weight loss, as well as preparation for any event/competition.

Daniel is a fabulous trainer. I'm extremely goal oriented and Daniel would tailor my workouts to achieve my goals. I also enjoy being pushed, and Daniel, being an athlete himself, was very happy to oblige. I think for an individual looking to make fitness gains of any kind, Daniel offer the complete package as a trainer. Expert on fitness, workout strategies, diet, and overall fitness hacks. But what sets him apart is his friendly encouraging demeanor. He pushes in a professional, motivational way. Not loud or rah-rah. He takes real interest in his clients and their progress. I cannot recommend Daniel enough.

Greatly enjoyed my experience working with Daniel. He is one of the most knowledgeable fitness/wellness consultants I’ve worked with. He was able to provide me with a challenging workout routine remotely, that fit well within my lifestyle and did not cause me to add many extra expenses. And best of all, I saw results!! Daniel was always accessible and friendly to engage with. I’d highly recommend him to anyone interested.
