- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A single session is $70. A session is one hour. There is a discount for sessions bought in bulk. If you buy 12 sessions at once they are priced at $62.5 a session each. A $70 deposit is required to book your first session. That amount will be credited towards your purchase of a full session or package. There is a 24 hour-cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will be charged for the session. If I have to cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will not be charged for the session. If you show up 15 or more minutes late to your session, this is a cancellation and you will be charged for your session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will fill out a Par-Q, which lets me know if they are able to perform physical activity. They may also need approval from a physician. Our first meeting is a sit down conversation where I learn about the client and their goals, and we map out a training plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Hofstra University. I also hold certifications: Precision Nutrition Level 2 Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists USA Weightlifting Level 1
