Coach Joey

I'm a devoted trainer who loves to see progress in people. I don't train full time anymore because I'm going to school for physical therapy, but I can't give it up because of the satisfaction I find in seeing people succeed. Though I used to do bodybuilding, I'm now an avid rock climber, so for myself, I love bodyweight training. I have trained athletes in many sport-specific areas such as basketball, track (running), football, climbing and bodybuilding. Though I train often at gyms and other facilities, I now mostly train people out of their houses and am used to creating exercise routines that are compatible with almost anyone's household resources. I am also a registered nutritionist. I believe the true path to reaching any health-related goal comes through healthy-eating habits. I'm ACE and NASM certified. I'm dedicated to seeing my clients progress.
