Wow, what an incredible night with Chef Jocelyn! We had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Jocelyn take our dinner to the next level. A group of us were in park city for a retreat and she curated an incredible private group dinner for us. From start to finish, every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed — from the beautifully curated menu to the warm and professional service throughout the evening. The food was exceptional and creative, with fresh, local ingredients, and an elevated presentation. You could taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that went into every dish. What truly set the evening apart, though, was Jocelyn herself. She brings an effortless grace to her work — confident, personable, and completely in command of her kitchen. She made everyone feel welcome and added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. Jocelyn was simply amazing! She provided an array of appetizers, charcuterie, main dishes, desserts and even a bar menu. She used fresh and local ingredients in all her dishes and treated each with care and love. The taste of each thing was amazing. She is extremely professional, thoughtful, thorough and brings a warm and loving demeanor. She really took a huge mental load off of me for our Christmas party by being so on top of everything for food and drinks so I was able to enjoy the party and enjoy being a host. We will definitely be using her again for all our big party needs. If I could give her more than five stars, I would.
