This chef KNOWS FLAVOUR!!! His eye for detail, his unusual and mind-blowing combinations , will have you talking for YEARS. He is professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, has worked in some top tier establishments in NYC, Atlanta, Park City and Salt Lake City. David was obviously BORN to do this and just seems to thrive on taking care of people and easily accommodated all of our party’s dietary needs. Definitely will call on him again and again!

David is knowledgeable, easy to work with and creative! He takes pride in his food. He has been classically trained in New York and it really shows! He knows how to satisfy and create beautiful meals. Breakfast Lunch Dinner- he does it all! My favorite is the way he prepares meats, he knows how to do them all just right. Very impressive.
