- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on several variables including menu selection, style of service and number of courses. We work with clients at many different price points and customize our menus to suit individual needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start, we like to know the nature of your event or dinner, if it is a special occasion or a corporate retreat, for example. Then we gather information on the number of guests and location and prepare a customized menu proposal for you with pricing to choose from. Once a menu is selected, we confirm the date and get started on shopping and prepping!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Napa where I studied Baking and Pastry Arts and I also grew up around many talented Italian home cooks. I was a pastry chef for several years in high-end restaurants as well as a modern patisserie before expanding my repertoire to include savory cuisine. I have over 20 years of chef experience!
