- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One hour session: $80 sessions are non refundable, but never expire. I am also happy to be flexible with cancelations and rescheduling. I also offer free nutritional guidance through an application I use. It gives you a shopping list of what you will need for two weeks as well as a meal plan that I generate with your specified macros for your needs and goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session starts out with a quick fitness assessment. There's no pass or fail, it's just to help me find the right place for you to start. That is followed by a custom 30-40 minute workout, designed to teach you different ways to exercise and accomplish your goals. Then we head into a cool down and stretch, and I like to sit down and talk about nutrition and answer any other questions they may have. I record everything we do each session digitally, so we can track progress, make adjustments, or I can simply give you a copy to do the routines on your own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a sports physiology degree from the University of Arizona. I am certified by NSCA and NASM as a Personal Trainer and Athletic Coach for 11 years now. I am first aid, CPR and AED certified as well.
