1 on 1 personal training with Chris has been a great experience. I get more out of 1 hour with him than 5 hours on my own.Nov 23, 2019Verified
Chris is a really knowledgeable trainer and I appreciate him sharing that knowledge as we go through workouts! He’s a personal trainer that every session I walk out feeling great about myself and about the workout! Can’t wait to see what kind of results I can achieve with his guidance!Jul 30, 2019Verified
awesome personal trainer. Very responsive, highly recommended.Aug 4, 2018Verified
Chris has been an absolute blast the last 3 months I have been working with him. He is good at teaching proper techniques when it comes to working out. He makes sure your personal safety is taken into account. Asking if you are struggling and where you might be hurting, so he can adjust on the fly. He is excellent at adjusting around your schedule. He is comfortable to talk with and is good at making jokes. Overall, I would recommend him to anyone wanting to get started with a trainer or get back into using one.Dec 5, 2018Verified
Chris is awesome! He found out my fitness needs and created a workout plan around it. He kept detailed notes about each personal training session and followed-up on my diet to make sure I was getting the most out of each session. And on top of everything, he pushed me to do a lot more than I thought I would be able to do! Highly Recommend!Jan 20, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? One hour session: $50 I also offer free nutritional advice, or a customized, 3 meals a day monthly nutrition plan for an extra fee of 100$, with free check ups each week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first session starts out with a quick fitness assessment. There's no pass or fail, it's just to help me find the right place for you to start. That is followed by a custom 30-40 minute workout, designed to teach you different ways to exercise and accomplish your goals. Then we head into a cool down and stretch, and I like to sit down and talk about nutrition and answer any other questions they may have. I record everything we do each session digitally, so we can track progress, make adjustments, or I can simply give you a copy to do the routines on your own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been certified by NSCA and ACSM as a Personal Trainer and Athletic Coach for 6 years now. I am first aid, CPR and AED certified as well.
