I've worked with adults and kids of all ages, from athletes, special populations, post surgery/injury, and many more. It’s rare and exciting to find such a knowledgeable personal trainer. I feel I’m in good hands with Chris. I don’t worry about injuries, which is a huge concern for someone as old and broken down as me!

Chris is a superb trainer! I've been so impressed how he's crafted a unique training program that addresses my specific goals, history of injuries, and personal muscle imbalances. He's also taught me so much about improving my form for safety and more targeted muscle engagement. I can feel a massive difference. I'm excited to keep learning and getting stronger from such a knowledgeable professional!

Chris is a phenomenal trainer. Not only is he an expert in anatomy and movement, but is an excellent communicator and coach. Working with him has been instrumental while getting back into consistency and physical progress. I can’t recommend him enough.

Will is my 2nd trainer - I got pretty far with my 1st and he was great but Will has stepped it up for me in a way I didn't know I needed! 3 sessions in and I already feel stronger & more capable. I didn't know I could push myself so hard... My issue is accountability and giving up too soon. I give myself a lot of excuses and Will has been helping me push past that barrier. He's motivating, personable and kind but will 100% make you WORK. I already know I will reach my goals working with him and I can't wait!

Chris has been working with me and my partner for a few months now. He has been instrumental in helping us learn exercises that won’t re-injure our lower backs. He is very knowledgeable and I learn something new every time I see him. He is an expert in his field and I highly recommend him as a trainer. He is flexible and great to work with and I look forward to our continued correspondence.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One hour session: $80
sessions never expire. I am also happy to be flexible with cancelations and rescheduling as well.
I also offer free nutritional guidance through an application I use. It gives you a shopping list of what you will need for two weeks as well as a meal plan that I generate with your specified macros for your needs and goals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session starts out with a quick fitness assessment. There's no pass or fail, it's just to help me find the right place for you to start. That is followed by a custom 30-40 minute workout, designed to teach you different ways to exercise and accomplish your goals. Then we head into a cool down and stretch, and I like to sit down and talk about nutrition and answer any other questions they may have.
I record everything we do each session digitally, so we can track progress, make adjustments, or I can simply give you a copy to do the routines on your own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a sports physiology degree from the University of Arizona. I am certified by NSCA and NASM as a Personal Trainer and Athletic Coach for 11 years now. I am first aid, CPR and AED certified as well.
