Introduction: Chris Bell: I graduated with a degree in Sports Physiology and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I've worked with D1 athletes, special populations, adults and kids of all ages. As a Fitness Professional, I strive to not only motivate and get immediate results for my clients, but to educate and build long term health and fitness habits. I'm always happy to go the extra mile and provide in-depth answers and spend extra time with my clients so they feel like they're learning something new each time they come to workout. Will Antwy: I come from an athletic development mind set, working my way through injuries, surgeries and physical therapy to eventually make it to the MLB draft and achieve a life long dream was my initial passion. Now I take pride in getting my clients, in person and online one on one coaching to reach their goals and dreams. Ultimately I train everyone specifically to their needs but have a clear understanding of movement, injury prevention and performance goals. Personal Training

I started personal training with Will in March and just a month later I already see results and feel stronger. Wills workouts are not a one size fits all mentality which I greatly appreciate. It is obvious that Will puts in the effort to customize my training specifically to me, and that is what I was looking for in a trainer. Will listened to my goals from the first session and has focused on those. I was also looking for someone that was tough and would push me but also had an easy going personality and you will find that with Will. I would recommend him to any of my friends!

I’ve never hired a personal trainer before. Chris made it very comfortable and easy for me. He takes into consideration what my goals are and sets realistic expectations! He’s very professional, easy going knowledgeable.

As a teen I was a bit flustered getting into fitness and finding a personal trainer, but Chris was very welcoming and helped ease into everything! Super awesome all around and would definitely recommend, especially if you need a little jump start into fitness!

Will is the third trainer I’ve hired — and on the first session I could already tell he was better than the previous two. He knows his stuff, is focused on you (especially since he has his own gym and there are no distractions), and pushes you to the limit.

Will is my 2nd trainer - I got pretty far with my 1st and he was great but Will has stepped it up for me in a way I didn't know I needed! 3 sessions in and I already feel stronger & more capable. I didn't know I could push myself so hard... My issue is accountability and giving up too soon. I give myself a lot of excuses and Will has been helping me push past that barrier. He's motivating, personable and kind but will 100% make you WORK. I already know I will reach my goals working with him and I can't wait!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    One hour session: $50 sessions are non refundable, but never expire. I am also happy to be flexible with cancelations and rescheduling. I also offer free nutritional guidance through an application I use. It gives you a shopping list of what you will need for two weeks as well as a meal plan that I generate with your specified macros for your needs and goals. I find this very beneficial and worth taking advantage of with my intro pricing of $150 (50 off) for the first month, and $200 for the following months.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first session starts out with a quick fitness assessment. There's no pass or fail, it's just to help me find the right place for you to start. That is followed by a custom 30-40 minute workout, designed to teach you different ways to exercise and accomplish your goals. Then we head into a cool down and stretch, and I like to sit down and talk about nutrition and answer any other questions they may have. I record everything we do each session digitally, so we can track progress, make adjustments, or I can simply give you a copy to do the routines on your own.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a sports physiology degree from the University of Arizona. I am certified by NSCA and NASM as a Personal Trainer and Athletic Coach for 9 years now. I am first aid, CPR and AED certified as well.
