John is amazing! Best personal trainer I have ever had! He will push you to your limits and motivate you along the way. He is very knowledgable and knows several different excercises I have never done before and I feel sore in places I didn't even know existed. Highly recommend!

John really builds a workout plan around you; your fitness level, everyday schedule, and more importantly your training goals. My first workout I made the mistake of not eating a good breakfast and I literally felt the consequences. John has helped me establish a healthy training diet so my body gets the fuel I need and I get the most out of the workout. I recommend John Cross to anyone looking for a serious personal trainer, who constantly pushes you to better yourself.

I was looking for a trainer who would build a workout schedule around my personal life. A trainer that would build each work out specifically for me, so I could gain the most out of each session possible. From the first work out with John I knew he was the man for the job. Through his endless creativity he has continued to prove to me he will go to endless lengths to make me the best that I can be. His work outs push you harder than any I have personally every experienced, but his motivation and humorous chants leave you laughing and pushing to keep going. John has an extensive background in health and nutrition that he includes to make sure his clients are taking care of themselves outside of the gym to maintain a healthy lifestyle. He is invested in achieving your personal goals and will get you there. John is a walking and talking force of nature, if you want a life changing trainer, I highly recommend John Cross.

I have always been a solo act when it came to working out. I like to be in my own zone and do my own thing. But I read an article on Nerd Fitness that motivated me to see if a personal trainer could help me "level up my life". Being a proper rebel, I sought out several quotes and met with several trainers. John gave me the best workout in the introductory meeting and helped me see how much value a trainer could add to my routine. I hired him on the spot and am really excited to continue working with him.

Training with John is awesome! He is amazing at what he does. I recommend him to all my friends and family whenever I can. He is understanding when it comes to my crazy work schedule.
