My training style is unique. I focus on corrective training, functional hypertrophy training and strength conditioning in that order. I believe that posture is key to overall health and well being. Corrective training is the foundation of all my programs. Corrective training will focus on obtaining an optimal posture and spine alignment that will then transfer in to optimal results for building muscle via hypertrophy training then utilizing the muscle in strength and conditioning training. The purpose of hypertrophy training is to gain muscle, specifically the underutilized muscles. For example, bad posture is correlated with the lack of strength between the shoulder blades. First we will learn how to move the shoulder in optimal ranges of motion. Once the range of motion is there we will then build muscle between the shoulder blades to support the shoulder. After that we will then train and condition that muscle to your specific needs. Whether you are a tennis player, rock climber, avid skier, runner or someone who wants to move and feel better, my program is for you.
