- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on training frequency, session length, and location. Most clients train through monthly packages designed for consistency and better long-term results. In-home training includes convenience, expert coaching, accountability, and a personalized plan. I’m happy to discuss options and recommend the best fit based on your goals and schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation to discuss your goals, fitness level, schedule, and any limitations or injuries. From there, I create a personalized training plan built around your needs. Sessions are structured, efficient, and focused on results. I guide you every step of the way with accountability, progression, and clear direction so you always know what to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold certifications through NASM, NCCPT, and ACE, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology / Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. I also bring over 20 years of real-world training experience helping clients lose weight, build strength, improve mobility, and stay consistent. Education matters, but results and experience matter most.
