I hired CrossFit 801 for a three month period for personal training. Ryan Walker was the coach assigned to me. I started out woefully out of shape. Taking into consideration that, Ryan worked out a program that rotated around the muscle groups and got me into a considerable amount of shape! Exercises that I was totally unable to do, at the beginning, were being done in multi-rep, multi-sets by the end. I am much stronger and much more fit, with much more energy, and feeling much better physically. I would not hesitate one second to do the whole thing over again with them.
Kudos to Ryan for his knowledge and workout programming ability! He really made the program work for me! Thanks, Ryan!
