Introduction: Hi there, I am from Rio de Janeiro-Brazil and am very passionate about sharing my knowledge on how to get stronger physically, mentally and also spiritually. I have the knowledge, experience and credentials to teach you kettlebell, barbell, Muay-Thai and more. I am atypical brain and Buddhist practitioner, which makes me challenge my students in many other ways, besides physically, so if you are looking for uniqueness in your training and evolvement in all areas of your life, I am your person. Bruna is honestly the best trainer I’ve had , she know the body’s of her clients up she listens to people wants and needs and is there to make sure they achieve their goals by guiding them and pushing them and overall being a great support system. Going to Bruna’s gym was also a form of therapy for me I would wake up excited to release all my stress and have a great friend to talk to who I know I could confide in and would give me great advice.

I’ve been working with Bruna only for about two months and I already know she’s someone I want to continue with for as long as possible. I had some specific areas I wanted to work on for my horse riding position. She has helped me target those areas teaching me correct form for max results. We also are doing full body training and I love the different exercises each week that challenge my body and mind. Not only is she knowledgeable about the body but is such a pleasure to be around. She has a warm heart and her energy is contagious. Representing body, mind, and spirit Bruna is an all-around amazing trainer, highly recommend to all ages and ranges of health/athleticism.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge $60 for a private session which last about 1hr.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I usually have a first Q/A about clients goals, injuries, health history and etc, then I build a specific program that will take the client to the desired goal. New clients must provide one month minimum commitment.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have my Psychology bachelors from the University of Utah, and a SUDC - Substance Use Disorder Counselor. I am certified StrongFirst Level 1 kettlebell instructor, Ground Force Method, Original Strength, and Onnit battle ropes, Precision Nutrition and Pre/pos natal coach. I've have a vast experience with fitness as far as strength and conditioning. I am also a Muay Thai instructor.
