FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am negotiable and may be able to tailor pricing to the specific situation of each client. Each client's economic situation, goal(s), and time needed to create progress towards them look different and are factored in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new individual to work with, the first thing that I like to do is sit down in-person or virtual, and spend time getting to know them and their interests related to goals, provide insight into my approach, and mutually determine together if we are a good fit. This is important for everyone involved, and I will not be offended if someone decides not to work with me! From there, I collaboratively work with them to come up with an agreement on how to move forward and begin working on the identified goals. Oh, and determining things like communication preference, music go-tos, coaching style, and go-to meals are important....more for the conversational aspect!
