THE GOAT!! I am at the close of my 4th month training with Vince, and I have been more than pleased with my experience - many more months to come!! Vince hit the ground running with my personalized work out regimen, meal plan, and was willing to work to build a perfect plan that also fit and maximized my budget. I went in weary, knowing that I didn’t fit the “gym” stereotype, but always felt comfortable and welcome - I could be myself and not be judged. Vince is super prompt, but also very flexible with scheduling. 5-star experience; I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Vince is a professional!! He is committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals and will put in as much effort as you do. I love the variety in the training and he always knows when to push my 46 year old body and when to allow for injuries to heal.
