Hello! My name is Brandon Talbot. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM- Master Trainer) and a former professional athlete. I have specializations in Corrective Exercise(injury prevention and rehab), Nutrition and Sports Performance. All athletes (everyone is an athlete In my book) are taken through a Movement Analysis and Performance Test to spot any red flags that could be hindering performance, access structural weakness, and help prevent injury. I love helping people, and I pride myself on being more than just a trainer for my clients. A coach who truly cares. Brandon provided some ideas and methodologies that really were game-changing. The active group on FB he provides you with is really useful, and he does a good job at responding to requests, questions, etc. From someone who struggled to meet fitness goals before, and has tried everything, Brandon is making the difference and will for you too.
