Let's set up a face to face consultation (no cost to you), and discuss how I can help you achieve your goals! The quote you're receiving is a special for first time clients (your per session cost for any package of sessions). *Before responding to my quote, please verify that my gym address is a location you’re willing to travel to (Millcreek area) or my garage gym at my home in Murray. Thumbtack charges for leads when you respond, so please don’t use the location not being convenient to you as a reason for not being able to meet with me.

I've been working with Seth for about a month and it's been so helpful. He's really good about cutting through all the noise surrounding fitness and health and getting to what works. My girlfriend and I both love working out with Seth. She did weightlifting in college and I’m pretty new it and he worked with both of us in home workouts and nutrition to help us progress. I’m 5’1” and I went from squatting 5 sets of 5 at 120lb to 175lb in just a few months. He works with you on both nutrition and proper form and when you’re not at his gym, it’s done all through apps so it’s easy to access and keep track. He’s always accommodating to work with scheduling-wise. He’s trustworthy, his prices are fair, and he responds on average in 0.2 seconds when we have questions or comments. Best part: he has the most understated retro shoes.

The BEST personal trainer in Salt Lake City. Feel super lucky to have found him. I’m active Army (20 years) and required someone who could assist me in getting up to the new ACFT standards- my career depends on it! Seth was definitely up to the challenge. He listened to what I needed and built my workout plans (around prior/current injuries) to meet my mission requirements. He kept me motivated and pushed me to levels I would’ve not accomplished on my own. I’ve worked out with him 4-5 times a week for the last four months and I can’t speak highly enough of him, he’s very professional. Not only can I now meet the standards I can exceed them. Hands down I would definitely recommend.
